As first-‐time homeowners the process for buying a new home was both exciting and terrifying.
As many people are, we were very particular in several things we wanted in our new home-‐ acreage, mature trees, and a house that didn’t lack in size and wasn’t too old-‐ all within our budget. Eric was INCREDIBLE! In addition to sending us multiple options with all of our particulars in mind, he was willing to drive all over to show us homes-‐ from Bastrop all the way up to Killeen and all over in-‐between-‐ while being honest about his opinions while discussing the properties and sharing in our excitement! Eric was also incredibly responsive when I had questions and very helpful with establishing expectations, explaining next steps, and holding our hand through the entire process (which was quite a rollercoaster!).
