SaddleCreek in Georgtown, Texas

One of the Newest Master Planned community north of Austin TX. People form all walks of life with a lifestyle that seeks natural beauty and luxury.

I was happy to be part of this tour in April of which I will share what I leaned about the community. First of I want to say the entrance is beautiful along with the grounds. There are may homes to chose from as there are three builders each with a different style and several homes to choose from.

Builders: Pacesetter, Chesmar Homes and Centruy Communities

It has great amenities such as a pool, weight room, kitchen and lounge. The schools are in close proximity to the entrance which I am sure parents will appreciate.

It is located just a few miles from Georgetown. A fantastic fun town that you will enjoy with its many restaurants, shops, and cafes. Fun and charming town with a historic downtown, vibrant music scene, entertainment options and world famous culture with wonderful restaurants. Price point starts in the mid $2OOk very easy for for first time home buyers

We, All Streets Realty, were very fortunate to be invited to tour the condos where Culture Meets Convenience.

We joined the neighborhood and enjoyed the tour.

A historic location, at the highest point of Downtown Austin, Robertson Hill, is the home of The Tyndall.

It was a grand tour I must say. I was impressed with the location the building and the structure of how it is being built as it is all metal framing.

I learned allot such as the residents will enjoy the Austin Skyline as never seen before. A quick walk or ride one will have dining, music venues, shops, parks and wonderful city life. Once back at the condo and ready to wind down the sound structure of the building and commercial grade windows will afford you to sit comfortably in your home. I was amazed with the pool area and its sound barrier cement wall that was built to bounce the noise back into the city. All Residence will enjoy the prime location of the pool surrounded by beautiful gardens under the sky and the grand views of the city. There will be182 residences with square footage ranging from 571 to 2,789, and ten foot ceilings in all units.  Six of these units are Penthouses located at the top level with balconies and views that will never be lost by another building. Great care and detail went into the design to hold and maintain its value. All of this and more in 23,000 sf of community with All modern amenities one would come to expect from a luxury stand point.
