It's that time of year again. Summer is here.  A few tips to keep safe and fun things I enjoy in the area.

Wear Sunscreen.  Sun or no sun just wear it.

Stay hydrated.  Drink plenty of water and avoid soda and beer.  These will dehydrate you even more with the sun.

A few things i enjoy here in the summer...

Going to Lake Travis.  There are many areas, boat or no boat to enjoy the lake with your family.  Take a look at some of the parks available.

Schlitterbahn is another one of my favorites.  There's plenty to do there to make your summer memorable.

Floating the river!  Several rivers run through the area that are a really good time.  The Comal, Guadalupe, and San Marcos River are all fun!!!

Summer in Texas is certainly hotter than other areas but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy it.  Stay cool and hydrated and enjoy the Summer!!!
