Amenities Galore At Headwaters Of Dripping Springs
I have many people ask me about Dripping Springs these days – partially because my husband and I moved here almost a year ago, but mostly because of the interest in the area, the new developments and award-winning schools. Oh, and the views --
Some have told me they are hesitant to leave Austin for Dripping because they feel like they will be “out in the boonies”. This is not the case! With the rate the area is developing and growing, now is a great time to make the move. Some communities in the area have put more thought into the amenities they offer to future residents. One in particular called Headwaters, recently opened their beautiful amenity center, one that will not disappoint!
They have created a community that includes it all. They provide a fitness center (and fitness trainers & group classes), open playing fields for multiple uses, an event pavilion, and a resort-style pool the whole family is sure to love. If you’re like me and work from home, sometimes you need a change of scenery or need another place to go. They have a coffee shop and an area just for you.
As the area continues to develop, more community events will be on the calendar and give you an opportunity to meet your neighbors and develop new connections.
As for my personal favorite feature – the trails (Check out the map, here)! Once completed, residents will have over 8 miles of trails surrounded by nature and with incredible views of Barton Creek. They have preserved natural open space and the legacy of the family who owned the land for generations. It is a beautiful place.
If you’d like to know more about this or other neighborhoods in Dripping Springs, please let me know! I have plenty more information to share.
